Photographer and freelance journalist Gilles MERMET has made trips to many countries for ethnographic, scientific, and cultural reportages.For the past 20 years his work is published by French and International press (GEO, Figaro Magazine in France, Focus on Italy). The specialized art, zoological and Botanical collections of reportage MERMET have been published by the National Printing Office of France: Sols del’Afrique romaine – Territory of Roman Africa (on the mosaics of Tunisia), Temples d’or de Thailande (gilt Temples of Tunisia), on the Buddhist murals and Regards sur les insects (closer look at insects)
